Savina: Welcome to a Better World
With the final residence in contract, we reflect with honor and gratitude on how far we’ve come. From start to finish, it has been an immense pleasure providing our residents with a lifestyle that truly lives up to the location.
In the time that Savina has been in the works, our neighboring community of Little Italy has seen a large amount of growth. The overall construction of the district with new additions such as the Piazza della Famiglia has made Little Italy more desirable than ever. We also have seen Downtown San Diego continue to grow, with additions such as the San Diego Symphony’s new bayfront outdoor venue, The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park– which is opening to the public this summer! In addition, Horton Plaza is being reimagined as a brand new mixed-use redevelopment project. The Campus at Horton will be a vibrant addition to the Embarcadero. Not to mention another exciting new development: The Research and Development District (RaDD). A brand new office and retail space in progress right on the waterfront. Downtown San Diego is continually growing, making it the place to be in Southern California.
Undeniably one of the most desirable locations in San Diego, Savina is surrounded by a vibrant, walkable and bike-able neighborhood featuring the natural beauty of the bay and Downtown waterfront. With something to love in every direction, it’s easy to fall in love with life at Savina.
As the sun sets on this beautiful property, we can’t help but feel gratitude for our onsite team, residents and realtor partners that helped us get to this point. We look forward to the next project, and in the meantime, you can visit ThinkBosa.com to stay up to date on what’s happening with future Bosa projects.
