Savina Spotlight: Property Associate Carly Dickter Recounts the Best of Savina

Behind Savina's team is Carly Dickter, a Property Associate who is dedicated to creating an impeccable community for the highly anticipated residence. Carly explores the surrounding neighborhood to provide residents with a true grasp of being a local in America’s Finest City. We met up with Carly to get insight on the best features that the building and local community has to offer.

Carly has a love for interacting with people, her best experiences have revolved around events that give her the chance to meet future Savina owners. “I love partnering with new restaurants and shops in the Little Italy neighborhood for events. It’s a great way for Savina owners to explore the neighborhood and meet their new neighbors,” Carly said.

When asked about her favorite condominium amenities at Savina it was clear Carly has a taste for the finer side. She loves the hotel-style amenities like the pool terrace and its landscaping design, which is created to reflect resort-style living and provides residents with a relaxed social-setting. The terrace is one of the many outdoor amenities that sets Savina apart from other buildings in downtown.

The stylish lobby, social lounge and fitness center are a few of the other highlighted unique condominium amenities of the tower. Cabanas, barbecues and fire-pits are available for resident’s leisure. All amenities are designed to soak up the coastal living and urban backyard. “Whether the breath-taking views are seen through expansive windows or outdoors on the terrace there is no doubt about the abundance of sunshine,” Carly shared.

In her free-time outside of working for Savina, Carly adores exploring Little Italy and frequently shares her favorites with residents. “Cloak & Petal is my favorite restaurant at the moment,” Carly discloses, “Its cherry blossom trees encompass the bar creating a cool ambiance. The sushi is fresh and the décor is bold.”

When thinking of the perfect weekend in Little Italy, Carly begins with a Friday night at Kettner Exchange. “I always take friends and guests to this upscale eatery,” she said, “the swinging chairs and full-bloomed tree illuminating the outdoor patio exceed people’s expectations of what a restaurant should offer.” According to Carly, Saturday mornings should start with strolling through the Little Italy Mercato. Purchasing a cup of artisanal coffee and a bundle of fresh flowers are some of her musts.

Carly continues the conversation with expressing her appreciation for the people of Savina. “The community established here is a part of a big change in the city,” she begins, “Building a 36-story high-rise changes the San Diego skyline. We are a community that’s changing the city.”
