When talking about firmness, the DreamCloud mattress is firmer than the average mattress. Bear in mind that this firmness is subjective and will depend on the body weight of the person who will be using the bed.

DreamCloud was so effective that my back felt supported while I lay flat on my stomach. My shoulder area felt great and I felt very little pressure.
That said, I did find my hips not as comfortable as my back and shoulder. Don’t get me wrong, I still feel wonderful, but the feeling of comfort I got form the hip area is not as much as that on the back and shoulder. It felt too firm for me to be honest.
