From my experience with DreamCloud, it was effective enough that I felt my back being supported properly while lying flat on my back. The shoulder area too was feeling pretty good and I felt little to no pressure around the area
That said, I did find my hips not as comfortable as my back and shoulder. While I feel great, my hips are not as comfortable as my back or shoulder. It felt too firm for me to be honest.
